We want happy customers! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns and exchanges within 62 days of receipt.
LIFETIME GUARANTEE offers defective repair or replacement only.
Here are the 3 steps you must take to return or exchange your items:
1. REQUEST AUTHORIZATION – Contact us by replying to any of our confirmation emails or via our support link: You must have your order ID for refunds, or your warranty card for repair / replacement.
2. SHIP THE PACKAGE – Follow the mailing instructions emailed to you. Include all packaging materials, if applicable. Please include a copy of the email with your return.
3. EXPECT THE REFUND – Please allow two to four weeks for processing. After we receive your returned items and have inspected the package, you will be refunded for the price of the returned products, minus all shipping costs, via your original method of payment (please include your order information with your return). It will take approximately 6-10 business days for the funds to reach your account after we submit your refund.
Exchanges or replacements will be sent out via First Class mail.
NOTE: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to a return or exchange. The Knights Treasure is not responsible for items lost in transit during the exchange or return process. Shipping charges related to the original order will not be refunded. Collect shipments will be refused. Returns of items without authorization or not manufactured by The Knights Treasure will not be honored. No refunds after 62 days from date of purchase. Refund policy does not apply to purchases made with a discount code of 25% or greater.
